Customers are responsible for providing their own shipping label to our California office address which we will send you once RGA request is approved and a 4 digit number has been assigned. For items deemed a manufacturing defect, we will cover the cost of return shipping back to you. Please review our warranty terms. Trigger Controller products are covered from manufacture defects for 3 years from the original purchase date with a validreceipt. If you ordered direct from our TriggerController.com website we can look up the receipt on our end for you.
