We strive to provide all of our customers with the best possible shopping experience. We do our best to ship all orders within 24 hours but there are occasions, due to volume and other circumstances, where that time-frame may be extended. Transit times range between 1-7 days depending on shipping location. We ship to all 48 states within the continental U.S., as well as Alaska and Hawaii. A physical street address is required for any item shipped. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or freight forwarding addresses.
Depending on the combination of items that you order, we may ship your order in separate shipments from different warehouses around the country.
Unless otherwise specified, most items will ship via FedEx Ground. We offer expedited 2 Day and Next Day shipping for an additional fee, these options will be shown during checkout. We ship small packages via USPS, which will be noted at checkout.
Customers will receive an email containing tracking information within one business day after an order is filled. If you don’t receive a tracking number within 3 days after your order is placed, please contact us with your name and the order number via email.
All international orders (outside of the United States) are subject to additional shipping and customs charges (duties and taxes) that are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will process your order. We ship international orders by air only unless otherwise requested.
Effective 10/29/2020: We are no longer supporting warranty replacements on our original Trigger 4 channel controller, part number 2001. We will continue to offer help and repair service for the original warranty term.
Advanced Accessory Concepts LLC (AAC) offers a non-transferable 2-year limited warranty on Trigger Wireless Controllers from manufacturers defects from the date of purchase. AAC will repair or replace items in question and return them to Buyer at no charge. AAC will not be responsible for any indirect or consequential damages in connection with defective merchandise.
Products that have been subjected to abuse, misuse, accident, alteration, modification, improper installation, tampering, or any use other than the product’s designed purpose will void the warranty. The AAC warranty excludes the following: Installation errors, abuse, misuse or crash damage, reverse polarity of battery cables, changing the 5 amp fuse for any other rated fuse, changing the 10 amp fuse for any other rated fuse, changing the 30 amp fuse for any other rated fuse, cutting off our connectors, splicing into our wires/harnesses, attaching anything other than our battery cables to the vehicle battery. This warranty shall be automatically voided if the items sent for warranty replacement are modified in any way or were not used as intended or applicable. Additionally, this warranty excludes normal wear and tear. NOTE: Any or all hi-amp compressors, pumps, or fans that are attached directly to a Trigger Controller will cause irreversible damage to the system. This will void all warranties. This warranty shall be automatically voided if the items sent for warranty replacement are returned with water/liquid/chemical damage to any electrical component.
The buyer MUST provide a copy of the original invoice/proof of purchase. All return shipping charges are at the buyer’s expense. We strongly recommend you insure all packages and use a service with tracking. We are not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise while in transit. We assume liability once the returned system has reached our facilities. Trigger systems will be repaired or replaced at manufacturer’s discretion. This warranty does not cover miscellaneous expenses, including, but not limited to, outside labor costs incurred for the installation, removal, replacement, and repair or troubleshooting. Please contact AAC to assist with troubleshooting prior to uninstalling your entire system as the solution may not require that the system be removed.
All warranty returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. To obtain an RMA number, please email email@example.com with your full name, image of original invoice/proof of purchase, and part number of the item(s) you wish to return. All other product warranties vary from 90 days to 1 year and can be viewed in the product description on this website and/or printed material included with the product.
Advanced Accessory Concepts LLC will accept returns within 30 days from receipt of merchandise under the following conditions:
Merchandise needs to be returned unused, with all printed material and accessories enclosed. If not in its original condition or the product shows signs of installation, a 20% restocking fee will be applied, or the return may not be accepted. All returns must be accompanied with a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number (to be provided by Advanced Accessory Concepts at time of request) and a receipt of original purchase.

All return shipping charges are at the buyer’s expense. The original shipping fees are non-refundable. We strongly recommend you insure all packages when shipping. Once your return shipment has been received and approved, your return will be processed.
Failure to comply with the process and terms stated above may result in a processing delay and/or a refusal of the returned package.
